PAX (PEACE) - Adoption in Progress

PAX

PAX is currently in Lebanon. Once we find an adopter for him, he will come to Canada.
PAX is a sweet and friendly boy in spite of everything he has been through. He is young and full of energy and enjoys the company of humans and other dogs.
PAX was born on the streets of Lebanon. He had a rough life and by the time he was rescued he was in bad shape: injuries/open wounds, anaplasma, ehrlichia, fleas and ticks. He was emaciated and dehydrated. GAEA Animal Welfare and RDL-C partnered to help him. PAX received much needed vet care, food, water and shelter. His brother KOBE made it as well but unfortunately his mother was found lifeless, killed by humans. The third sibling was in such bad shape that he died at the vet. This recue was very stressful and occurred over multiple days as locating all four dogs took time. Thankfully GAEA rescuers never gave up and PAX is safe and healthy now.
With the current situation in Lebanon, it is difficult to find fosters for our dogs so PAX is staying at a paid boarding facility. For this reason, it's always a little more difficult to get to know the dog's personality but from what we have seen, PAX is not only gorgeous but also warm and playful.
Personality: Friendly, social with people, social with dogs, affectionate, playful, trusting, calm, confident.
PAX has never had a home to call his own. He would benefit from a fenced backyard and patient adopters who will give him time to adjust to a life in a home and train him appropriately.
Currently lives at a paid boarding facility.
