KOBE is currently in Lebanon. Once we find an adopter for him, he will come to Canada.
KOBE is a super sweet boy. He is very trusting and has a playful nature. He is always happy when humans visit him at the facility he's at.
KOBE was born on the streets of Lebanon. He had a rough life and by the time he was rescued he was in bad shape: He was emaciated and dehydrated and had mange. GAEA Animal Welfare and RDL-C partnered to help him. KOBE received much needed vet care, food, water and shelter. His brother PAX made it as well but unfortunately his mother was found lifeless, killed by humans. The third sibling was in such bad shape that he died at the vet. This recue was very stressful and occurred over multiple days as locating all four dogs took time. Thankfully GAEA rescuers never gave up and KOBE is safe and healthy now.
With the current situation in Lebanon, it is difficult to find fosters for our dogs so KOBE is staying at a paid boarding facility. For this reason, it's always a little more difficult to get to know the dog's personality but from what we have seen, KOBE is not only cute but playful and very friendly.
Personality: Friendly, social with people, social with dogs, affectionate, playful, trusting, calm, confident.
KOBE has never had a home to call his own. He would benefit from a fenced backyard and patient adopters who will give him time to adjust to a life in a home and train him appropriately.
Currently lives at a paid boarding facility.
