FRANKIE is currently in Lebanon. Once we find an adopter for him, he will come to Canada.
FRANKIE is such a resilient little fellow. Despite his difficult past, this courageous little boy has emerged with a heart full of warmth and a friendly character that shines through everything he does.
We believe FRANKIE was dumped to fend for himself on the streets of Beirut. He was rescued but his first rescuer just left him in a very crowded shelter. He was in very bad shape and required a leg amputation. RDL-C never hesitated and we are so happy we came through for FRANKIE.
This charming boy loves to cuddle and will often seek the comfort and security of a gentle touch and a cozy spot by your side. His affectionate nature makes him an excellent companion always ready to share snuggles.
Personality: Friendly, social with people, affectionate, playful.
FRANKIE does require setting clear boundaries when interacting with other dogs especially when trying to attract human attention. FRANKIE is insecure and craves attention to the point of snapping at other dogs. He is a great dog but would do well as an only dog or with an experienced adopter who will take the time to help FRANKIE overcome his anxieties.
Currently lives at a paid boarding/shelter facility.
Rescuer: RDL-C
