CHIEF - The early days
CHIEF is currently in Lebanon. Once we find an adopter for him, he will come to Canada.This gorgeous, fluffy, white Husky is a gentle, affectionate spirit. He is calm and obedient. In October 2023, Gaea Animal Welfare rescuers witnessed a heart-wrenching scene: an emaciated white husky ruthlessly dragged behind a motorcycle. His paws mangled, wounded, burning from the asphalt. His rescuers did not hesitate to come to his aid. They confronted his tormentor and after an emotionally draining confrontation, took the trembling, weakened CHIEF into their care.Six month later, CHIEF was completely transformed into the stunning prince you see in the most recent pictures. Unbelievably, CHIEF remains a trusting soul and willing to give his love to humans freely. He is just amazing with humans of all ages, dogs and cats...yes cats!Personality: Friendly, social with people, social with dogs, affectionate, playful, trusting, calm, confident.CHIEF will make a great family dog. He just has that big brother aura about him. He would definitely benefit from a fenced backyard where he will be able to enjoy our Canadian winters.
